Customer Services Director

This position is responsible for providing leadership and direction to the Clinical Triage/Referral program and the Complaints/Incident reporting programs. Ensure the functions of these programs meet state, local and accreditation standards by monitoring and evaluating programs to identify and correct administrative, managerial and clinical issues. Will provide clinical supervision, consultation and training to clinical triage referral staff.
Requires Master's degree in mental health, social work, psychology, education, sociology, and three years of experience in a community, business, or governmental program in behavioral health related fields, including two years of supervisory, consultative or administrative experience.
Prefer experience in managed care setting to include; Extensive knowledge of LME/MCO operations and experience in working in a leadership role in a managed care organization. Experience in Clinical triage/referral and Complaints/Incident reporting. Strong clinical knowledge of MH/SU/IDD populations.
Must possess a current full unrestricted license as independent behavioral health practitioner as LCSW, LPC, LPA, LMFT or LCAS.
